Feasibility & Project Scope
Before turning your development idea into reality you need certainty that the idea is worth pursuing. GeoDesign partners with you to assess the feasibility of the project, including a detailed land legal assessment of the site’s location, potential and existing development rights to determine the best route to obtaining statutory planning approval for your development.
Conceptual Design
We develop the overall development concept and masterplan, refining this into more detailed layout and site development plans, using a topographic site survey as the starting point and collaborating closely with architects & engineers involved in the process.
Statutory Planning
We then walk your development through the planning approval process, managing stakeholder engagement and government approvals, and finalising all statutory requirements.
Surveyor-General Submissions
From sectional title schemes for dense mixed use developments, to new township layouts, GeoDesign surveys the new draft sectional plans, subdivisional diagrams or township general plans for submission to the Surveyor-General so that your development is ready for sale.
Ready for Sale
Finally, we assist with registration of sales transfers by confirming that conditions of municipal planning approval have been met and work with your conveyancer to make registration seamless.
